The communication over these days has been worse. People are getting worse at following the absence report rules, and at communicating decisions made in the building to those working from home. It’s something we need to work on, and something we will hopefully get better at.
Other than that things are coming along. People are getting used to the planning system and so far it seems like people are keeping up relatively well with updating the new Trello board. It’s a bit of a shame that we can’t be as organized as we’d like right now, since the plan was to use Hansoft, which is easier to keep track of. The only cons of using Hansoft is the lack of color coding, but it lets each person have their own to do list, and it’s less to look at for everyone but me.
Speaking about Trello, I’ve spent the past two days planning for next week. I had a closed to finished plan on Monday, but then we had a computer crash and burn, so plans had to be re-arranged. Right now it feels like we might end up a few hour’s work behind, but there is room for things like this in the planning. Hopefully we won’t run into any more errors like this, or we might have to completely rethink the current plan.
